My Bell app: How to upgrade to a new Mobility device
- Launch the MyBell app on your device.
- If you’re connected to the Bell Mobility network, you will be logged in automatically to your Mobility services.
If you do not see your other services, you will have to log in using your MyBell username and password. To do so, touch the Profile icon (top-right corner) and select Log in. - Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Mobility service you want to manage.
- In the upgrade section, touch Shop new devices.
- The most popular devices are displayed. You can select the filters to view other devices.
- Select the desired options for your new device (e.g., memory size, colour).
- Select your payment options.
- If you’re prompted to change your rate plan, you will need to select a new one.
- Manage add-ons by selecting new ones or deselecting existing ones you no longer want.
- If prompted, enter the four-digit verification code (sent to your phone via text message), then touch Continue to review.
- Review your order details (scroll down to see all the details).
- Review the terms of service and touch Submit order.
- Once submitted, you can view your pending order within your Mobility service overview by touching View order. Once your order has been processed, you will be able to track your order and activate your device.
- Your order details will be displayed.
- When you receive your new device, you’ll need to activate it. Go to your Mobility service overview and touch Activate my device.
- Insert your new SIM card into your new device and follow the activation instructions in the app.
