How do I sign up for Bell MTS MyAccount

  • You will need to have your Bell MTS account number in order to complete your MyAccount profile.
  • If you would like to view additional Bell MTS accounts online, please Contact Us.
  1. You will need to create a MyAccount username and password. Go to the MyAccount page and click the Sign up link.
  2. Fill out the required account information and click Continue.
  3. Next on the "Confirm your identity" screen, enter the required information and click Continue.
  4. The "Create your profile" screen will now be displayed. Enter the required information and click on Complete registration.
  5. The message "You have successfully registered an account" will display.
  6. You will also receive a confirmation email.

How to change your Bell MTS MyAccount password

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Click on the Profile tab.
  3. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  4. Enter the same password you entered in the password field in the Re-enter Password field.
  5. Click Update.

Note:

If you're unable to log in after changing your password, please clear your browser cache and cookies.

How to change your Bell MTS MyAccount security question

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. On the "Profile" screen under Account Information, enter a new Security Question in the Security Question field.
  4. Select Update.

How to change your email Address in Bell MTS MyAccount

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. On the "Profile" screen under Account Information, enter a new email address in the Email Address field.
  4. Enter the same email address you entered in the Email Address field in the Confirm Email Address field.
  5. Select Update.

How to change your name in MyBell MTS MyAccount

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. On the "Profile" screen under Account Information, enter a new first or last name in the appropriate field.
  4. Select Update.

In order to view your e-bill, you will need a MyAccount username and password. If you haven’t already, sign up now.

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Perform one of the following:
    • From the overview screen, click Sign Up for e-bill for the applicable account; or
    • Select the applicable account from the billing tab, then click Sign up for e-bill.
  3. Select I agree to the e-bill terms and conditions.
  4. Click Sign up.

Note:

You can access up to 2 years of your previous bills on the Billing screen. Note, for new sign ups it may take up to 48 hours to see your bill history.
