How to view your bill

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca.
  2. Select Log in/Register.
  3. Enter your MyBell username and password and select Log in.
  4. Select the My bills and payments tab.
  5. Select your One Bill.
  6. Your current bill will be displayed.
  7. Scroll down to view the amounts due and any payments that have been made.

Once you have logged in to MyBell and accessed your current bill, scroll down to the Your Bell services section.

Follow the instructions below to view the billing details for your desired service.

Mobility
  1. Select the desired Mobility service.
  2. Select Monthly charges.
  3. You’ll see a breakdown of the monthly charges.
  4. Select Usage charges.
  5. You’ll see a breakdown of your usage charges.
Internet
  1. Select Residential services.
  2. Select Internet.
  3. Select Monthly charges.
  4. You’ll see a breakdown of the monthly charges.
  5. Select Partial charges and credits.
  6. You’ll see a breakdown of the partial charges and credits.
TV
  1. Select Residential services.
  2. Select TV.
  3. Select Monthly charges.
  4. You’ll see a breakdown of the monthly charges.
  5. Select Partial charges and credits.
  6. You’ll see a breakdown of the partial charges and credits.
Home phone
  1. Select Residential services.
  2. Select Home phone.
  3. Select Monthly charges.
  4. You’ll see a breakdown of the monthly charges.
  5. Select Partial charges and credits.
  6. You’ll see a breakdown of the partial charges and credits.

Once you have logged in to MyBell and accessed your bill, select Payment history. You can now see your previous bills, listed from the newest to the oldest.

To search efficiently, it helps to have the exact amount paid and date of the payment.

In the payment history, you can see the payments we received from you. If you’re unable to locate a particular payment, please contact your financial institution or credit card company.
