TV and Internet – fixed-term contracts | Bell Support
When you sign up for Bell Internet or Bell TV on a 2-year term, your contract has a fixed end date and it ensures you pay the same rate for your plan/package for the duration of the fixed term (2 years).
Note: The 2-year pricing guarantee does not apply to installation fees and taxes. If you make changes to your plan/package, it may affect your pricing.
With a 2-year term contract, you benefit from consistent pricing throughout your agreed commitment period. Month-to-month contracts continue each month; however, pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
If you cancel your service before the term end date, you will be charged an early cancellation fee. Please refer to your service agreement or log in to MyBell for more information.
You have the flexibility to change your Internet plan or TV package (e.g., upgrading for faster speeds or more channels) during the fixed term. However, changes may affect your pricing.
You can check if you are on a 2-year term by viewing your most recent bill and/or your MyBell profile.
