What is Crave™ and how do I use it?

Crave offers series and movies, including originals from Crave, HBO, Max and Showtime, as well as the entire HBO library and Hollywood blockbusters. Enjoy shows in both English and French all available on demand with your Bell TV service and the Fibe TV app.

Fibe TV customers

You have multiple options to locate the content :

For English content:

  1. Press your remote’s on demand button (or navigate to the On Demand section in the menu), navigate to the Crave & more category and select Crave™.
  2. Go to channel 1310 (HD) or 310 (SD) and press SELECT on your remote.
  3. Press your remote’s apps button (or navigate to the Apps section in the menu), navigate to the Crave app and select it.

    The first time you use the Crave app you will need to log in using your MyBell username and password.

Please note:
When you watch Crave from the app, it will count toward your monthly data usage.

For French content:

  1. Press your remote’s on demand button (or navigate to the On Demand section in the menu), navigate to the French - Crave & more category and select Crave FR.
  2. Go to channel 1159 (HD) or 159 (SD) and press SELECT on your remote.
  3. Press your remote’s apps button (or navigate to the Apps section in the menu), navigate to the Crave app and select it.

    The first time you use the Crave app you will need to log in using your MyBell username and password.

 

Satellite TV customers

Crave™ is available on receiver models 9241, 9400, 9500 or 7500 (check the front of your receiver for the model number) connected to high-speed Internet (2 Mbps download speed or faster).

Customers with a 9241 or 9400 receiver will need an Internet connector to access the on-demand content. Learn more about Internet connectors.

If you don’t have one of the compatible receivers, you can access Crave with the Fibe TV app.

To locate the Crave content on your receiver:

For English content:

  1. Launch the On Demand service using one of the following ways:
    • Press the On Demand or Movies button on your remote control (or iTV on older remotes).
    • Tune in to channel 1000 (HD) on the on-screen guide.
    • Press Menu on your remote and select On Demand.
  2. Navigate to the Crave & more category and select Crave™.

 

For French content:

  1. Launch the On Demand store using one of the following ways:
    • Press the On Demand or Movies button on your remote control (or iTV on older remotes).
    • Tune in to channel 1800 (HD) on the on-screen guide.
    • Press Menu on your remote and select On Demand.
  2. Navigate to the French - Crave & more category and select Crave FR.

The best way to access all your content is through the Fibe TV app available on a variety of devices.
To locate the Crave content in the Fibe TV app:

  • Log in to the app using your MyBell username and password.
  • Select Menu (in the upper left corner) to open the side navigation panel.
  • Select On Demand
  • Select the Crave logo in either in the English or French section depending on the language desired.

Please note:

When you watch Crave™ over Wi-Fi or a mobile network, it will count toward your monthly Internet or mobile data usage.

You can watch Crave™ on a computer using most web browsers by going to tv.bell.ca.

  •  Log in to the app using your MyBell username and password.
  • Select Menu (in the upper left corner) to open the side navigation panel.
  • Select On Demand
  • Select the Crave logo in either in the English or French section depending on the language desired.

Please note: Watching Crave™ on your computer will count toward your monthly Internet usage.
