Before you begin troubleshooting, make sure that the batteries haven't run out and that there are no obstructions between your remote and the receiver.
Make sure that:
- The LED lights turn on when you press the buttons on the remote.
- Your remote is compatible with the receiver you’re having an issue with (see below).
- Your remote is programmed to work with your receiver.
- The menu appears on your TV when you press the Bell button and then the Menu button on the remote.
