Verify that all cables between your Bell Fibe TV receiver and the home theatre receiver are installed securely.

If there is no sound from the centre and/or surround sound speakers of the home theatre receiver connected to your Bell Fibe TV receiver, follow these steps to help resolve the issue.

Verify that the home theatre receiver is set to the appropriate sound audio mode.
(To check whether it is a problem with the theatre system or the Fibe TV receiver, you can also plug the receiver directly into the TV and check for sound).
