Manage payments and billing method for Bell MTS MyAccount
The easiest way to get copies of your past bill is to be subscribed to Online Bill.
As an Online Bill customer, you have access up to 2 years of previous bills. Previous bills can be accessed online through MyAccount or by using the MyAccount Mobile App.
To access your previous bills:

Log in to
MyAccount.
- If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign up button. If you need assistance, visit How do I sign up for MyAccount.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Billing page.
- Your previous bills will appear in the Bill History section.
Your previous bills will be listed from the newest to the oldest. Click the View Bill link to open a PDF of the bill you would like to view.
Note:
You must be subscribed to Online Bill in order for your previous bills to appear in the Bill History section. If you haven't already, sign up for Online Bill today.
Pre-authorized payments
Sign up for pre-authorized payments through MyAccount using your credit card or financial institution account.
The amount due will be processed on the due date shown on your bill. If you have an outstanding balance at the time of signing up, Bell MTS will automatically debit the outstanding balance amount.

Online using a credit card
You can pay your bill online anytime with MyAccount or the MyAccount App. Your online payment will be processed immediately. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Online banking or telebanking
Contact your bank, credit union, or other electronic bill payment provider for more information. When setting up Bell MTS as a payee through your financial institution, select Bell MTS Home Services as your account type.
Note:
- Payment is processed in 1 - 5 days.
- You will need a copy of your bill if you want to make a payment at your bank.
Phone using a credit card
Ensure you have your Bell MTS Express Number, which can be found on page one of your Bell MTS bill. Call 204 225-5687 or if outside of Manitoba 1 800 883-2054. Follow the voice prompts for billing.

You can mail a cheque or money order payable to Bell MTS. Ensure you have your account number on the cheque or money order and your bill stub included.

Please use alternate bill payment methods in the event of a postal service disruption.
How to sign up for pre-authorized payments

Log in to
MyAccount.
Note: If you haven't registered for MyAccount, select the Sign up button.
- In the "Bill Summary" section, click the Sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments link.

Select your payment method:

Credit Card
- Check the box for Terms and Conditions and click Continue
- Fill in the required fields, and click Sign Up

Financial Institution Account
- Fill in the required fields; check the Terms and Conditions box and click Continue
- Review your information. If you need to make changes, click Edit. To submit the form, click Sign Up

Credit Card
- A "successful sign up" page will appear.
To update or make changes:

Log in to
MyAccount.
Note: If you haven't registered for MyAccount, select the Sign up button.
- In the "Bill Summary" section, click the Change my Pre-Authorized Payments link.

Select your payment method:

Credit Card
- Check the box for Terms and Conditions and click Continue
- Fill in the required fields, and click Sign Up

Financial Institution Account
- Fill in the required fields; check the Terms and Conditions box and click Continue
- Review your information. If you need to make changes, click Edit. To submit the form, click Sign Up

Credit Card
- A "successful sign up" page will appear.
Note:
To cancel your pre-authorized payment plan, call 204 225-5687, or if outside of Manitoba 1-800-883-2054.
Your first bill will be different from future bills because it will include:

Charges from the date your service started to the last day of the month.
Example: if you started your service on September 18, your first bill will contain charges for September 18 – September 30.
- Full month charges for the following month in advance

Report a payment
When reporting a payment already made on your Bell MTS account please allow two business days to ensure there is no interruption of your service.
You can report a payment:
- Online
Log in to MyAccount and under the "Billing" section click the Report a payment link.
Note: If you are on a pre-authorized plan, this option will be disabled.
- Phone
Call 204 225-5687, or if calling from outside of Manitoba call 1 800 883-2054 and follow the voice prompts for billing to report your payment automatically.
To qualify for requesting payment arrangements online, the total of your payment(s) must equal the outstanding balance from your most recent bill. Log in to MyAccount and under the "Billing" section, click the Request payment arrangements link.
Tip: Make a payment online anytime and view your current balance by logging in to MyAccount.
If you do not have a Bell MTS MyAccount, you can sign up by going to www.bellmts.ca/myaccount.
