How to change my Mobility rate plan and add-ons
- Launch the MyBell app on your device.
- If you’re connected to the Bell Mobility network, you will be logged in automatically to your Mobility services.
If you do not see your other services, you will have to log in using your MyBell username and password. To do so, touch the Profile icon (top-right corner) and select Log in. - Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Mobility service you want to manage.
- Touch Change in the My Plan section.
- Select the desired rate plan.
- If applicable, select the desired data add-on.
- Touch Continue.
- Manage add-ons by selecting new ones or deselecting existing ones you no longer want. Touch Review changes.
- To change the effective date for these changes touch Change.
- Select the date you want the changes to start. You can choose from either the current date or your next billing date.
Note: if you select the current date, you will see prorated charges on your next bill. - Review the terms of service and touch Submit changes.
- Your rate plan changes have been completed.
