MyBell app: How to add a long distance add-on

Go to Billing & Accounts support

Step 1 of 8

Launch the MyBell app on your device.

Add long distance now

Step 2 of 8

Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.

Select the Mobility service you want to manage.

Scroll down to Add-ons and touch MANAGE.

Touch Long distance.

Select a long distance add-on and touch REVIEW CHANGES.

Touch SUBMIT CHANGES.

Add long distance now

  1. Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  2. Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the Mobility service you want to manage.
  4. Scroll down to Add-ons and touch MANAGE.
  5. Touch Long distance.
  6. Select a long distance add-on and touch REVIEW CHANGES.
  7. Touch SUBMIT CHANGES.
  8. The long distance feature has been added.
