How to change On Demand video quality to help reduce Internet usage

1. On your Bell Satellite TV remote, press on demand. The On Demand store will launch.

2. Scroll to Settings and press select.

3. Scroll right to the Video Quality tab.

4. Scroll to the desired video quality setting and press select. A lower setting consumes less Internet usage.
