What self serve tasks can I do by phone?

You can access the top self-serve activities by dialling *611 free from your mobile phone or 1 800 667-0123 from a home phone.

The automated system will provide you with:
Account balance
Unbilled usage information (current up to the last 24 hours)
Credit card payment option

If you have a prepaid phone you can access the self-serve options below by dialling #321 free from your mobile phone or smartphone or by dialling 1 888 537-9999 from a landline phone. Follow the prompts to get information and make changes to your account.

 

When you press: The automated system will:
1 Allow you to add funds to your account or subscribe to a top up program
2 Provide you with your account balance and expiry date
3 Provide you with your usage information on your additional options
4 Provide you with general information on features, or activate features on your account
5 Tell you what's new at Bell Mobility or provide answers to FAQs
