How to troubleshoot voice commands

Steps to follow: 12

1.
While in the Bell Streamer home screen press the Google Assistant button on the remote.

Navigate to the main menu and select On Demand.Navigate to the main menu and select On Demand.Content can be found on either the TV tab, or the Family & Kids tab.

Try the command 'Game of Thrones’. Make sure the words shows on screen match what you’ve said.

If this or other commands are not working, make sure the Fibe TV App is on the most up-to-date version. Go to the menu and select Apps

Under Apps & Games select Google Play Store.

Select My apps at the top right navigation bar

You can update all the apps or just the Fibe TV app.

Restart your Bell Streamer by navigating to the main menu and selecting Settings.

Scroll down to the Device section.

Select Settings.

Select Restart.

Follow the on-screen instructions and wait until the Bell Streamer home page finishes loading.
