I can’t use Picture-In-Picture (PIP) on my dual-tuner satellite receiver

If you have a model 9242 satellite receiver and are unable to use the Picture-In-Picture feature, it’s because your receiver is set to Dual Mode. Press the MODE button on the front panel of your receiver twice to set it to Single Mode.
